SELECTION RESEARCH

A selection survey is an aid in personnel selection. Such psychological research systematically measures which capacities a person has intellectually and what his personality traits and competences are.
It is examined whether a candidate fits with a relevant position and within the organizational structure and culture.
This concerns aspects such as: intelligence (work and thinking level), flexibility, work attitude, social skills, stress resistance, psychological stability, etc.
Psytab and the client draw up a company profile, a job profile and a competency profile in advance, which serve as the basis for the research.

Psytab strives for the right person in the right position, who remains motivated to achieve results and develop with appropriate guidance from the organization.
Psytab's focus here is to keep the employees successful in the long term once hired.

For working methods and procedures, see the Advanced Psychological Examination (UPO) and Abbreviated Psychological Examination (VPO).
