POTENTIAL RESEARCH

Potential research involves determining a candidate's strengths and weaknesses, his growth potential and a candidate's learning ability in a broad sense. In addition, the degree of suitability of a candidate for his current position can be assessed.
It can also be assessed whether an employee is suitable for another position or a more demanding position (internal promotion) within the company. In such a psychological examination, knowledge, skills, personality traits, capacities and behavior of candidates are compared with the specific position. The psychologist assesses the candidate on important competencies and character skills.
It is then made clear which personality traits and competencies the candidate must work on in order to excel optimally in the current or future position.
